How do I sign in to my website?
Through your Lumio Portal — it's the way you access everything related to your website. We suggest bookmarking your portal for fast access to your sites.

Go to lumio.host/portal and sign in with your portal password.

Find your site and click Log in to your site.
That's it — you land in your website's admin area, already signed in. No second password to remember: your portal password is the only one you need, and your website's own login stays locked down behind our security system.
If you've forgotten your portal password, use the reset link on the portal sign-in page and we'll email you a fresh one. The link works for 15 minutes — if it slips past you, just request another.
I saw a message about "Code Freeze" — what is that?
Code Freeze is a protective mode on your website's security system, and it's on for every site we manage, all the time. While it's on, nothing can change your site's underlying code — no new plugins, no code edits — even from inside the admin area. It dramatically limits what an attacker could do even if they somehow got in, and it's part of how we keep your site locked down day to day.
If you run into it — say, a message when trying to install something — that's the protection working, not something broken. Message us with what you're trying to do and we'll take care of it.
I'm stuck, or something isn't working
Sign-in hiccups trip people up — genuinely, you're not the exception. And if you ever land on a plain-looking screen asking for a code, don't worry: message us and we'll get you through it.
