Who manages my domain?
For most clients, Lumio does — registration, renewals, and the technical records that make your website and email work. Your domain belongs to you; we handle the upkeep.
How is my domain billed?
As its own yearly item, on the domain's own renewal date. You'll see it on your Billing page, and you'll get a reminder before it renews — same as hosting.
I need a DNS change
New email provider, a verification record for a service you're signing up for, connecting a tool to your domain — message us with what the service gave you, and we'll make the change.
Can I move my domain elsewhere?
It's your domain, so yes — just talk to us first and we'll make sure nothing breaks in the move.
