How does billing work?
Your hosting renews once a year, on your renewal date. Nothing changes month to month, and there are no surprise charges — you'll always receive a reminder email 15 days before any renewal.
When will I be charged?
For existing clients, your renewal date carried over from your previous billing — nothing moved. For new clients, the renewal date is the date you signed up. You can see your services and their dates on the Billing page of your portal.
How do I update my card?
Portal → Billing → Manage Billing. It opens a secure page where you can change your payment method in under a minute.
Where are my invoices?
On the Billing page of your portal — every invoice, viewable anytime.
Why do I see a separate domain charge?
If Lumio manages your domain registration, it appears as its own yearly line item, renewing on the domain's own date. More in [Domains & DNS →].
