How do I sign in?
Go to lumio.host/portal/login and sign in with your email address — the one where you received your welcome message.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to set a new one. Links are valid for 15 minutes — if yours expires, just request a fresh one the same way.
What's on each page?
Dashboard — 1 click login to your Wordpress admin, your website at a glance, recent activity on your account and a "Clear Cache" button. Use it if you've made changes that aren't showing up yet. Clearing takes up to a minute — that's normal.
Billing — your services, invoices, and payment method. "Manage Billing" opens a secure page where you can update your card anytime.
Backups — a record of your site's automatic backups. If you ever need something restored, message us and we'll handle it.
